We present you a new NOEMA project – a restaurant in the Casual Dining format, which is distinguished by its atmosphere and is located in the central park of Chisinau. Noema has absorbed everything that is associated with pleasure: – breakfast among the trees and birdsong; – pleasant music and custom parties; – a banquet hall with a chamber atmosphere, candles and panoramic windows; – service exceeding expectations. Noema – must visit place on the map of Chisinau.
